Create the new Kiabi 2030 retail concept. A disruptive concept designed to "simplify family lives" based on three pillars:
• Relationship, experiences, services
• Digital
• CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)
• A service-oriented hub to bring together services and customer relations: fashion and product care advice, space for animating Kiabi communities (live shopping, workshops), stroller lending, repair workshop, and a space for donation and recycling.
• Sustainability highlight : re-use of 50% of existing furniture, new 100% recyclable metal furniture, second-hand offer, and a brand commitment wall "Kiabi Acts for a Better World."
• A new customer experience with fitting rooms for families, for teenagers, and connected fitting rooms, as well as a more comfortable lounge atmosphere.
• An augmented digital journey: click & collect, e-reservations, self-service returns, LS checkout, photo booth...
• Highlighting hero families, such as the Men-Women Denim and 12-21 corners for teenagers and young adults.
• Last but not least, an emphasize on price and accessible/desirable fashion, which is Kiabi DNA.
This concept will be implemented in 2 pilot stores in 2023: Petite-Forêt near Valenciennes, and Isla-Azul in Madrid.
